We strive for transparent communication — if additional work is required, we’ll explain it and seek your approval before proceeding.

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate terms have been agreed upon in writing.

3. Payments and Billing

We accept major credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved methods.
All invoices must be paid promptly according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur fees.

By providing your payment information, you authorize EmergencyPlumberNC to charge your selected method for approved services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that emergencies change plans.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at 336-910-1611.
Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

EmergencyPlumberNC stands behind its work.
We guarantee workmanship on repairs and installations performed by our licensed plumbers, subject to the terms stated on your invoice or work order.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment where available.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated systems is not covered under warranty.
